Do you find your fingernails are very try?

Hello everyone I have been reading quite a bit recently into various health and beauty treatments here is a treatment that you can do for yourself or get someone to do for you at home.

Oil treatment for fingers that are dry

You will need the following things:

A small pan to warm coconut oil in
essential oils organic if you can find them.

Put the oil about 1-2 teaspoons should be enough for 1-2 treatments  into a small pan heat slowly watch it don't leave it as it can smoke if you are not careful when it has become liquefied remove straight off the stove top.

Put into the oil the essential oil drops i tend to recommend lavender and rosemary but that is a personal choice. If you don't have essential oils you should be able to buy them at a local pharmacy.

Let the oil cool  until it is cool enough to put your fingers in sit down and put your fingers into the oil mix massage them so they are coated thinly with the oil when you have had enough take them out and wash your hands with the oil that you have left of the skin.

I do that treatment for myself once or twice a month but if you have very dry hands and nails you might want to do that more often.
